Upon successful completion of all the required programme steps, and the submission of documentary evidence to this effect, the participating company receives the Model of Admin Know-How Award. It is presented to the company at a gala event, usually held in America.

This award is recognised as an equivalent of ISO 9002. Once the Admin Know-How Award has been achieved it is a very simple matter to receive the ISO Award as the points covered in the Admin Know-How Award meet the requirements for ISO.

The purpose of the Club is to ensure that targets set by members on their programmes are actually achieved by due date. Any problems the members have in the application of the various target steps are shared during Club Breakfasts and handled by the Chairperson of the Club.

This is also a time (and sometimes, it is the only time in that week) when the business owner has an opportunity to carry out his executive functions. It is also an opportunity to trouble shoot problems and exchange ideas and successful actions with each member so that each may benefit from the other's experience.

At such Breakfasts one gets to feel that you are "not the only one" who is experiencing a particular problem and thus a team of businessmen helping each other ensues. It is a great business networking opportunity too.

Guest speakers brief Club members on their successful actions and on how they overcame specific business barriers. The end result of such talks: more motivation to achieve your business goals.
