We have just completed the
installation of a training unit for one of our clients in Richards Bay.
Based on a Strategy aimed at stabilising the Company in that area, we
sourced the trainer. This meant verifying his qualifications and ensuring
that he could perform his job 100%. Due to the nature of the business, we
had to locate training premises where the management and staff could
easily access them during their very busy and highly productive days.
Due
to the nature of the L. Ron Hubbard checksheet-based training, each
student moves at his own pace. Students are on different courses in the
same training period and apply the practical assignments to their jobs.
This ensures that students are applying the materials of the course as
they progress through.
