MANAGEMENT TEAM
Jean Munnely-Gonsalves - Executive Director
Jean has a B Comm in Business Management and has been operating as a Management Consultant since 1983. She has extensive and practical experience in the area of Workplace Change and Framework Implementation, including Quality Assurance Systems. Her expertise spans across a broad spectrum of businesses from the IT industry, to construction, the fashion industry and professional fields of the law.
She is able to draw on these varied experiences to handle any situation that may arise in business.
Jean has delivered approximately 20,000 Consulting Hours, over 60 Strategic Plans with their relevant implementation; she has seen 7000 delegates through Team Performance courses and graduated more than 2500 delegates through Basic Skills courses.
Jean is an accredited member of the International Coaching Federation, having founded the first Hubbard College of Administration on this Continent. Recently Jean established the Pretoria Business Expansion Club, of which she is the Chairperson.

Sally Falkow
Sally Falkow is a consummate Public Relations professional. She has been in the industry for 30 years and, while still resident in Durban, South Africa, she was an executive member of the Public Relations Institute of Southern Africa for four years.
She relocated to the United States in 1999 and now lives in Pasadena, CA – the high tech center of Los Angeles. She is now a member of the PR Society of America and holds classes for PR Professionals on Internet and Web strategies.
Sally has been a partner in Actionwise since 1990.
She is experienced in all aspects of Marketing and PR and is now one of the recognized experts in Internet Branding and PR. Sally was featured in the Seth Godin’s directory of the world’s best creative thinkers, Bull Market.
Sally is the author of several books on Branding, PR and Web Strategies and she writes regular articles for www.biz-community.com, the daily advertising, marketing and PR newsletter for South Africa.

Louis Ollemans
Born with a love for the great outdoors, Louis Ollemans has been involved in environmental conservation for most of his life. His successful career as a Naval diver taught him many skills he still uses today. His first foray into business was in the fishing and retail food distribution industry.
This venture contributed substantially to the growth and expansion of new and emerging
"fisheries."
His love for the outdoors motivated him to move into the Eco Conservation industry and his work in this regard led to
many hundreds of thousands of hectares of over-utilized farm land being rehabilitated and returned to the wild. Louis' efforts contributed greatly to the expansion of the Eastern Cape of South Africa as a popular Eco Tourist destination. He has recently sold his commercial interests in this industry to further his career in Actionwise International. He attributes his success in all his ventures to the study and implementation of the Hubbard Management System. As a partner in Actionwise, Louis will be sharing this knowledge and experience with others in the commercial sector so that they can become successful in their individual business undertakings.

Alet Ollemans
Alet has an in depth education in formal administrative technology and has held numerous personal assistant posts for high powered executives in the corporate world. She acquired a great deal of knowledge in the field of Biokinetics while with the leader of corporate fitness, Standard Bank of S.A.. Alet became a trainer of Aerobics Instructors in collaboration with the Port Elizabeth University.
After she got married, Alet qualified in Realty and pursued a very successful career with remarkable statistics. In 1994, she joined Louis in the wildlife and Eco Tourism business, holding the posts of administration, finance and marketing. Alet attributes her past successes to the application of the Hubbard Management System and has chosen to make the implementation of this technology into other businesses her new career.

Sion Kehela
Sion is Actionwise's representative in Pretoria.
Fully trained in L. Ron Hubbard's Business Administration
Technology, this qualifies him, together with his varied and extensive business
experience, as a WISE Business Consultant.
Sion is also affiliated with our training facility in Centurion, Pretoria, which
is manned by a fully qualified supervisor, and delivers Study Courses, all
the WISE Courses, the Small Business Success Manual and the sales course, “How
To Sell – Clear and Simple.”
The fields of business he has been involved in in the past are, Music and Recording,
Retail, Catering, Transport, Hairdressing, Building and Decorating, and these
all serve him well in being a successful Consultant.
His purpose is to deliver Standard LRH Administration Technology, thus
putting in structure and organisation into businesses and organisations,
thereby helping them to Flourish and Prosper and then to keep them flourishing
and prospering.
