Overview
Formed in 1992, ActionWise is a close-knit team of motivated and highly experienced executives who specialize in business and management enhancement programs that improve performance.
We've all been through our own personal and business ups and downs, we got our hands dirty, so we work from a real business perspective. We never mentor from an 'ivory tower' pedestal that's unreal to situations in life.
The company grew out of an earlier closed corporation - Affluence Management
- that had been in existence since 1983.
From inception, Jean Munnelly-Gonsalves has been at the helm as Executive Director. Jean is an experienced business consultant and excels at helping others with business performance management systems.
The company developed through various stages of re-engineering through business management consulting and now to its core business of Executive and Leadership Training and Mentorship.
Through our various International Memberships in Associations similarly aligned, Actionwise offers a wealth of experience right 'on tap.' We can tailor make and mould strategies to fit your specific problem, be it
- too much expansion too fast or
- statistics down for no evident reason.
We handle the whole gamut of business performance and management problems.
Our philosophy
We do not tackle any project unless we know with absolute certainty that, with our input, we can considerably change the conditions in the Company. We work with you only when we know both ActionWise and the Company we work with will achieve the agreed upon goals.
We believe there are no unsolvable problems, just situations that have not been fully confronted and targeted for resolution.
